November 19-20, 2026 11th Annual Colorado Pollinator Summit:
Pollinators Connect Us
@ CU Boulder, Williams Village
Logistics — Venue, Transit, Parking, Registration & Meals
Thank you for joining us for the 11th Annual Colorado Pollinator Summit!
We are happy you will join us for either one or two exciting days of learning and empowerment. Below you will find helpful information regarding the venue location, parking, event check-in, and dining options during the Summit.
Venue
The Summit will be held at the University of Colorado Boulder. All talks, sessions, sponsor tabling, and meals will be hosted at Williams Village, a multipurpose student housing, dining, and public event space, located off Baseline Rd. and 30th St., between Hwy 36 and Foothills Pkwy. The full address is: 500 30th St, Boulder, CO 80303
The location of the main entrance to the building is on the south side of the Village Center: https://maps.app.goo.gl/sf6ynz6ZhoZ7W4cB8
The main program will be held in the multipurpose room, where banquet-style seating will be provided for approximately 224 attendees at round tables, with additional overflow seating available along the edges of the room.
Public Transit — RTD
In addition to the free CU “Buff Buses” that move every 10 minutes around campus, the City of Boulder public transit system, RTD, has multiple routes that stop within blocks of the Summit venue, including the Bound and the 225, which goes East/West along Baseline Ave. Using Google or Apple Maps transit features to the venue address is the best way to select which route will be most convenient for you.
We recommend downloading the RTD App to plan your trip and purchase fares.
Parking - Free Summit Code + Where to park
Colorado Pollinator Network has purchased free parking codes for all attendees to park on the CU Boulder campus, although you are welcome to look for free neighborhood parking if you prefer (see maps below).
The code is: E45768506 and we have created a step-by-step doc for how to enter the code into CU’s Parking Meters, which you can print and bring with you, if you like.
The code will only be active for the two days of the summit; please do not share it with anyone who is not a Summit attendee.
Parking - Where Vendors Can Unload + Accessible Spots
There is free 2-hour street parking for unloading next to the Williams “Village Center,” as well as pay-to-park in Lot 614, which is the closest parking for loading, unloading, and folks who need accessible spots. If you do not require an accessible parking spot, please look for neighborhood parking or park on CU’s Main Campus and reserve nearby parking in Lot 614 for those in need of accessible parking for the Summit.
Suggested parking for most attendees is on Main or East Campus, just a short, free bus ride to Williams Village, as seen in the image below:
Parking is limited at the Williams Village lots (Pay to Park Lot 614), which is why we encourage attendees to carpool and park in the Euclid Parking Garage on Main Campus. There is a bus stop located near the parking garage where the free Route W bus to Williams Village picks up every 10 minutes. A short ride (~7 minutes) takes you to a stop by the event space.
Volunteers will be positioned to guide attendees to parking, the bus, and the Williams Village event space. Prizes will also be available for public transit users!
You can find more info about parking on CU's campus in their interactive parking map. The code will be usable in any 'Short-term Pay' lot for each day (click the box on the map layer legend to see optional parking locations).
Additional free curbside street parking could be available north and east of Williams Village. If you prefer not to bus, you can consider available street parking by exploring the City of Boulder’s interactive parking map for areas that do not require a fee or neighborhood permit.
NOTE: DO NOT park in the shopping center parking lot by Sprouts!!! They ticket and tow vehicles regularly that are not short-term shoppers.
Summit Registration
Once you’ve tackled parking or taken public transit—congratulations : )!! A check-in table for registrants will be available at the main building entrance. Please check in with the desk hosts prior to finding a seat in the main hall. Registrants checking in will receive a name badge, program folder for handouts, meal cards for lunches (see below), and directions to various event spaces.
Dining
Breakfast
A continental breakfast buffet will be available outside the meeting space from 8:00—10:30am on both Thursday and Friday. A selection of fresh fruit and berries, assorted mini muffins, and various bagels with cream cheese and jam will be available, along with coffee, tea, and iced water. Feel free to grab breakfast and find a seat in the main event room. Any remaining items and coffee will remain available through the 10:00am break each day. Please bring your own reusable coffee/water container to minimize waste.
Lunch
A lunch ticket for the Williams Village Dining Center will be provided to attendees at check-in for each day that they are registered. If you are registered for both days, you will receive both days’ lunch tickets on the first day. Please do not lose your meal tickets, as no replacements will be available. Each ticket is good for one meal. Credit cards are accepted for lunch if you do lose your ticket.
The Village Dining Center is upstairs from the Summit, offering 7 different dining options, all of which are open buffet-style and all-you-care-to-eat. Options range from an extensive salad bar to Mediterranean, Italian, and Indian cuisine, with clearly marked dietary labels identifying vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free options. There are options for both cold and hot beverages (e.g. more coffee!). Menus for the Dining Center can be found here:
https://colorado-diningmenus.nutrislice.com/menu/village-center-dining
Attendees will give their ticket to the clerk upon entering the dining center, then can explore options for food, find seats in any of the seating areas, and network with other attendees. It is an interactive dining space, where students will also be having lunch. If the weather is nice, there is an outdoor patio with tables and umbrellas, and a view of the dining facility’s hydroponic vegetable facility. No food or drink is allowed to be taken downstairs after lunch, except for a dessert! So grab a cookie or other treat when you leave and bring it with you if you’d like.
Afternoon Coffee
Please bring your own reusable mug to minimize waste!
On Thursday afternoon afternoon coffee and cookies will be available from 1:00-3:00pm. Grab a coffee or tea if you’d like to go with your dessert from upstairs. Friday, being a shorter program, will not include coffee; however, attendees are still welcome to bring a dessert from lunch to the main ballroom. A Starbucks coffee shop is also located conveniently on the same floor as the summit.
