After last year’s incredible 2-Day Summit we’re not sure we can ever go back, as there is just too much amazing pollinator research and advocacy happening to fit into one day! So, you are warmly welcomed to join us on November 19th and 20th at CU’s William’s Village again—tickets are on sale now!
On Thursday morning we are honored to welcome Scott Black—Executive Director of The Xerces Society for Invertebrate Conservation to offer a keynote address: How Pollinators Connect People and Landscapes for a Better World.
On Friday, Dr. John Mola of The Mola Lab and Colorado State University’s Department of Forest and Rangeland Stewardship will give our opening keynote and Clay Bolt, award-winning native bee photographer and Manager of Pollinator Conservation and Great Plains Communications at World Wildlife Fund will close the Summit with his keynote.
Who is the Summit for?
The Summit is designed for organizations, agencies, farmers, beekeepers, professionals, educators, businesses, land managers, researchers, and individuals actively working to conserve and protect pollinators and their habitats.
Our goals are to:
Connect researchers and practitioners to propose solutions for the challenges facing Colorado’s pollinators;
Envision our state’s future of progress for pollinator conservation;
Explore how our state can leverage recent policy successes and current challenges to do more for pollinator conservation;
Inspire attendees to take action in their local communities!

Tickets include breakfast, lunch, and coffee/snacks. Breakfast will be continental, with a selection of bagels, spreads, and fruit, coffee, etc.
A lunch ticket for Williams Village Dining Center is included for each day.
The Village Dining Center is upstairs from the summit, with 7 different dining options, all open buffet style, all you care to eat. Options range from an extensive salad bar, to Mediterranean, Italian, and Indian, with clearly marked dietary labels and vegan, vegetarian, gluten and dairy-free options. Our afternoon break also includes coffee and snacks on Thursday.

A parking code for free parking on CU Boulder campus will be included with registration for attendees. Parking is limited at the Williams Village lots so we encourage attendees to carpool and park in the Euclid Parking Garage on Main Campus. There is a bus stop just beside the garage where the free Route W bus to Williams Village picks up every 10 minutes, just a few minutes ride to the event space. Volunteers will be positioned to help guide attendees to parking, the bus, and the Williams Village event space. Prizes will also be available for public transit users! More info about parking on CU's campus can be found in their interactive parking map. The code will be usable in any 'Short-Term Pay' lot for each day (click the box on the map layer legend to see optional parking locations).

Who is CPN?

The 2025 and 2026 Youth Pollinator Summits have been organized primarily by Colibri Creative Conservation Solutions.
